Game Theory: Nash Equilibrium

Terms of Use

Game Theory: Nash Equilibrium (iOS) · Effective date: 22 September 2026

1. The licence

The App is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These Terms add details about this App. If they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails. The licensor is BME Apps, an independent developer based in Türkiye (“we”).

2. What the App is

The App is an educational tool for game theory: lessons, practice problems and a solver that computes equilibria of the games you enter. Results are computed with exact fraction arithmetic, except where the App labels a value as approximate (“≈”).

3. For learning — not professional advice

The App is provided for education. We test the solver extensively, but we cannot promise that every result and explanation is free of errors. Do not rely on the App alone for financial, business, legal or other important decisions, and check results that matter to you. Using the App for homework or exams is subject to the rules of your school or course.

4. Free content and Full Access

The App is free to download. Lessons 1, 2 and 24 and two practice problems (the Prisoner’s Dilemma and Chicken, with their solutions) are free. The other lessons, the whole Solver and the other practice problems with their solutions are unlocked by Full Access, a one-time in-app purchase — not a subscription.

5. Content and intellectual property

The App’s texts, explanations, design and icon are © 2026 BME Apps. You may freely use, save and share the solutions you generate for your own games. You may not copy or redistribute the App or its lesson content as a whole, or use it in a way the Standard EULA forbids.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for damages arising from its use, as set out in the Standard EULA. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived — for example under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 or the consumer law of the country where you live.

7. Privacy

The App collects no personal data. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may use the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts that the law makes available to you.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date.
